Our core values
Our five key values reinforce all that we do in Mowgli’s Land. They guide our vision, strategic development, practice and professional development.
Our five key values reinforce all that we do in Mowgli’s Land. They guide our vision, strategic development, practice and professional development.
This is fundamental to all that we do. We believe that children and families need to feel safe and happy in their relationships with us. We want to lay the foundation for children to develop an ability to understand self and identify with the feelings, thoughts others thus developing strong relationships to shape a child’s learning and development to be better citizen of the 21st century.
Develop the ability to respect self, others, learning and the environment we live in by promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, fairness and providing opportunities to be one with nature.
Children are born curious. They start to explore, question and wonder and learn through this. We want our children to be enthusiastic to know about the world they live on, question it at their own level, develop a desire to learn something new, investigate and thus learn.
Our children should develop the belief that they are capable and can take care of themselves. Children should be actively engaged in their own learning that will help them develop independence through self-regulation.
We will encourage our children to take on challenges and try their best and learn from the process. The Team will motivate them through their dedication and perseverance and teach them to face their fears and overcome challenges with courage thus building a growth mindset.
